Driving Wayfair’s global expansion, I helped establish the Tech European & Indian bases, devised recruitment strategies, and enhanced candidate experiences. I’ve filled leadership roles and championed diversity while leading tech launches and community initiatives.

Zalando SE

Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (Tech)

At Zalando, I enhanced talent acquisition and employer branding, across 6 different business domains. I collaborated with SVPs and leads, overhauling the PM interview process and releasing a new process for over 250+ colleagues. As principal for key topics, I drove domain branding, diversity hiring and developed robust recruitment strategies, launching a dedicated data science team for Zalon.
